2. A cover letter, specifying the position(s) for which you wish to considered and your qualifications and skill for the position(s)
3. A list of three or more professional references (include current phone numbers)
4. A certificate of good standing and/or proof of eligibility to waive into the DC Bar (original copy with seal)
5. A transcript from your law school, if you have been practicing less than 5 years
6. A legal writing sample
7. All applicants must have a completed

++You are eligible to waive into the DC Bar if you:
are a graduate of an accredited Law School, and
are a member in Good Standing of a State Bar > 5 years
OR
are a graduate of an accredited Law School, and
are a member in Good Standing of a State Bar < 5 years, and
received a scaled MBE score of at least 133, and
received a scaled MPRE score of at least 75; provide copy of scores with application |
